How to help
You don't have to be a cyclist to get involved! We need cyclist, marshalls, photographers, drone pilots and lots of people to cheer us onGet in touch with us to find out more and register yourself to be part of this amazing event.

Riding advice
If you're not a regular cyclist, here's some info that may be useful.-
Wear suitable / comfy clothes.. jeans are probably not suitable. it's like to be hot so dress appropriatelyWear sensible shoes! Sneakers are good. Not open toe shoes!Chamois cream can be helpful to prevent chaffing! I use this and will try to have some spare on the dayBring a helmet! If you're renting a bike, I'll check if they can provide helmetsYou'll need to stay hydrated. Suggest a standard size sports bottleIf you think you'll get hungry, bring energy bars / bananas / gels. But you'll have to carry what you take so plan ahead.and finally... suncream, sunglasses, and a sense of adventure!

The Route
The route is a 50 mile loop starting and ending on the Rock Lititz campusThe start and end will be the Group One (DiGiCo) office in Pod 5.
